Halloween Never Bothered Me Anyway!

I "Let it Go" and waited to be Elsa for Halloween for an entire year. With the Disney movie Frozen that just came out that year, I knew there was going to be a MILLION Elsa's in my neighborhood. I didn't want to be the 100,000,001. Soooo I waited a year and here I am. 

Halloween is one of my absolute favorite holidays. Surprised?? Haha despite how scared I get, I LOVE this season. I love haunted houses and scary movies. Nobody else in my family likes them and they think I'm crazy, but I think they are SO FUN. I also love dressing up. Who doesn't love being able to dress up in a fancy costume and go all out on the makeup?  Elsa's make up is so fun to do. A dramatic purple smokey eye is something I could never pull off on a normal day. I sort of feel bad for Anna, she doesn't really have any dramatic make up or anything. :)

I'm so lucky to have my sister be so close to blog with. She's a cute Anna don't you think?

"Olive" the Suede

This week's theme is "olive green and suede" 

"Olive" (ALL OF) the Suede?? Get it??? 

Anyways thankfully my sister came to my rescue again this week with some orange suede flats that fit perfectly with the orange zipper of my olive green fall/winter coat.

It was a freezing rain right before I came out to take these! So I'm actually glad my coat had worked with this collaboration as well as it did. 

"Olive" these cool opportunities have popped up in my life and lots of decisions are to be made. Which I find super exciting. But a little scary! I could be on stage, being in musicals, working on my own music, posting some duets, working in film, and performing all over the place. Within the next couple of months who knows what I'll be doing! Guess you guys will just have to stay updated and see! ;)

Fringe & Flare

Here comes the fall colors! The leaves are changing and so is my wardrobe. Bringing out all of the sweaters, tights, and boots. I have a love-hate relationship with fall. I love the vibrant colors of the leaves, I love haunted houses and scary movies, I love pumpkin walks and corn mazes, I love the mountains, the beautiful colors of the skies and sunsets -but on the other hand- I hate the fact that it gets incredibly colder. The sun goes to bed a lot earlier and wakes up a lot later.. 

As much as I love layering my outfit, I really wish some days I didn't need to wear 5 pairs of socks, 3 sweaters, and a big winter coat. 

However, I still love the fall. And I'm so glad this year has been as warm as it has so far. I'm extremely grateful for my sister because for this week's post the topic was, "fringe and flare," and guess who had very little of either?? THIS GIRL. So my sister came to my rescue and let me borrow her cute cardigan! Paired with this cardigan, I am wearing my black dress that you've seen in earlier posts, my black booties, and black floppy hat.
