Preciously Pink

This poor post has been sitting here waiting to be finished for weeks now. These were taken on Easter Sunday and I just have not had the time to get them uploaded until today. However, now I believe my title fits in very well. #1 most precious thing I have come to find is TIME. Time is something that I have grown to really appreciate in my life and not take for granted. My schedule has always been incredibly busy the last 7 years of my life and I have had to choose wisely what I want to do with the very precious amounts of free time I have. Time with family and friends and doing things that make me happy. One of my downfalls is being a "yes-man." I have a very hard time saying "no" to people. And this past semester especially I have realized that I just cannot fit everything in my schedule. I have to be incredibly careful about what I choose to do with my time.

Now I have a very important precious and crucial thing to talk about.... my pink hair. The color did not last at all and now I'm back to blonde unfortunately. I tried to limit the amounts I washed my hair and whenever I did I washed it with cold water and I was very careful about the whole shampoo/conditioner/rinse process, but it still washed out SO FAST. Has anyone dyed their hair a fun color before/do you have any colored hair tips in order to help it stay longer?? Because I am all ears! I would definitely love to dye my hair pink again if I could just find a way to make it stay a little longer. Such a precious and delicate process apparently. Who knew I was going to blink and it'd be gone just like that? Oh well, I really would appreciate any advice so that my pink days don't have to end so quickly.

Anyways, in this post I am wearing my Bohme Boutique dress I wore for graduation actually. Paired with my cream "hobo" cardigan from Kohls. I wanted to add a pop of pink because it was springtime and also, it matched my hair of course! So I added a pink slip extender and my colorful bird necklace from Kohls also. I've also had the pink wedges forever and now I'm not even sure where I got them! It was a perfect spring day on Easter and so full of life and light.

I loved mixing all of these prints and felt very boho chic in this outfit!

Yay for finals to be over next week which means HOORAY FOR MORE TIME.

Thanks for following and reading along! You guys are great!
